Goa Shipyard Ltd (GSL) has achieved the highest-ever income from operation of Rs 1,753 crore in FY24, a high firm official stated on Wednesday.
Addressing the 58th annual basic assembly of GSL, Chairman and Managing Director Brajesh Kumar Upadhyay stated the corporate has achieved a exceptional progress and considerably outperformed its previous achievements on all monetary parameters.
He stated the corporate achieved 100 per cent progress in gross income, surpassing the Rs 2,000 crore mark for the primary time through the fiscal.
The CMD stated the corporate has achieved file income from operations of Rs 1,753 crore, representing 102 per cent progress year-on-year. Revenue earlier than tax was 78 per cent greater at Rs 365 crore. Revenue after tax stood at Rs 271 crore in comparison with Rs 155 crore final 12 months.
He said that the order ebook stood at Rs 18,562 crore as on Mar 31, 2024, giving steady income visibility for the approaching years.
Upadhyay stated the earnings per share jumped 76 per cent from Rs 13.28 to Rs 23.31 in FY24.
