The Herzliya Native Planning and Constructing Committee has accredited for deposit a plan promoted by Ackerstein Group (TASE: ACKR) by which Beit Ackerstein can be demolished and changed by a mixed-use 30-floor tower with flats, workplaces and industrial area.
Beit Ackerstein is on the northern entrance to the Herzliya Pituah industrial zone between Medinat Hayehudim Road and Hameda Road adjoining to the Coastal Freeway (Street 2). The present constructing has simply 5 flooring with 5,500 sq. meters of area. The brand new tower can be constructed on a 2,360 sq. meter lot.
