BOGOTA (Reuters) – Colombia’s authorities is not going to unilaterally break peace talks with rebels from the Nationwide Liberation Military (ELN), its peace delegation mentioned on Thursday.
Vera Grabe, head of the federal government’s peace delegation, and senator Ivan Cepeda, mentioned it was as much as the insurgent group to make selections.
